Majoria Drugs has proudly served generations of customers on both sides of the Mississippi River since 1968. Two store locations in the New Orleans area, each with large pharmacies, large front-ends and large vitamin/supplement departments.
Target: Improve customer service and customer engagement
The Comments Cards method was used by both pharmacy locations to collect customer feedback on the quality of customer service, yet proved ineffective as it required many labour hours to assess and produced a very low number of responses. The HappyOrNot service launch resulted in higher response volumes and customer engagement.
